All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply separately depending on location and order size.

Delivery policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary due to:

Public holidays
Unforeseen operational issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MésioFits shall not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.

Product care

Please inspect your order on delivery and follow the care instructions provided. MésioFits is not responsible for damage caused by:

Not following the care instructions on the label or product page
Alterations made after delivery
Normal wear and tear

Care instructions are shown on each product page and garment label.

Section 8

Returns & refunds

Unworn items with their original tags may be exchanged or returned within the time frame in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Replacements or refunds for problem orders are provided where:

Incorrect items were delivered
Products arrived damaged
Items are faulty, or the wrong size was sent

Problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. MésioFits reserves the right to assess claims before approving refunds or replacements.

Delays outside our reasonable control
Damage caused by not following care instructions
Misuse of products after delivery

Customers are responsible for checking size guides and product details before purchase.

Sizing & fit

Size guides and fit notes are provided to help you choose. Measurements may vary slightly between styles and fabrics.

Children's sizes are given by age as a guide; please check height and chest measurements for the best fit.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.
