Returns & Exchanges

We want every MésioFits piece to fit beautifully. If something is not quite right, we will help you exchange it for the right size or resolve any problem with your order.

1. Eligibility

What can be exchanged or returned

Unworn, with tags

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging attached.

Within 7 days

Proof of purchase

Have your order number or receipt ready so we can find your order quickly.

Clean and odour-free

For hygiene, items that show signs of wear, perfume, make-up or washing cannot be accepted.

2. Wrong size

Exchanging for a different size

Size exchanges are free of charge for your first exchange per order, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size you need.

We confirm the new size is in stock and reserve it for you.

Send the original item back to us (we will share the return address and options).

Once we receive and check the item, we dispatch your new size.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we will put it right.

Share your order number and clear photos of the item and its label.

We review and confirm the resolution: a replacement, exchange or refund.

We arrange collection or return at no extra cost to you.

4. Sale items

Sale and promotional items

Sale items can be exchanged for a different size where stock allows. They are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or incorrect.

5. Delivery costs

Who pays for delivery

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover all delivery costs. For change-of-mind returns and second or later exchanges, return delivery is paid by the customer and original delivery fees are not refunded.

6. Exclusions

What we cannot accept

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Items without their original tags or packaging
Earrings, hair accessories and other items that touch the skin or hair, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
Custom or made-to-measure pieces (unless faulty)
Requests made after the 7-day window

7. Refunds

How refunds are paid

Change-of-mind returns (unworn, with tags, within 7 days) are refunded once we receive and check the item. Approved refunds are issued through:

Reversal to the original payment method
Bank transfer
Store credit to use on a future order

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Changes

Policy updates

MésioFits may update this policy from time to time. The version shown here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed on or after that date.

Message us with your order number. Include photos if an item is damaged or incorrect.
