The MésioFits Affiliate Program may be accessible to participants from various countries and regions worldwide, subject to applicable laws and platform availability.

Participation is permitted only where lawful under the laws of the affiliate's country, state, province, or jurisdiction. Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, tax regulations, advertising rules, digital marketing rules, foreign exchange regulations, consumer protection laws, and other applicable requirements.

MésioFits does not represent or guarantee that the affiliate program is legally permitted in every jurisdiction worldwide.

MésioFits may:

• Restrict or deny participation from certain countries or regions
• Suspend access where regulatory concerns arise
• Request identity or compliance verification
• Limit payment methods based on legal, banking, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational considerations

Affiliates are responsible for:

• Reporting personal earnings where required
• Paying applicable taxes or levies
• Obtaining permits or authorizations where necessary
• Complying with local financial disclosure obligations

MésioFits is not responsible for:

• Affiliates' personal tax liabilities
• Legal violations committed by affiliates
• Restrictions imposed by foreign governments
• Banking limitations or currency conversion issues
• Cross-border regulatory compliance obligations belonging to affiliates

MésioFits reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate affiliate accounts where fraudulent activity is detected, these terms are violated, unethical marketing occurs, legal or regulatory risks arise, cross-border compliance concerns emerge, sanctions apply, or platform abuse is discovered.

Pending commissions connected to fraudulent, unlawful, suspicious, or invalid activities may be withheld, reversed, or canceled where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MésioFits shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, technical interruptions, delayed payments caused by banking systems, foreign exchange restrictions, international transfer limitations, third-party payment provider failures, regulatory actions in affiliate jurisdictions, temporary affiliate dashboard downtime, or participation restrictions imposed by governments or financial institutions.

The affiliate program is provided on an “as available” and “as permitted” basis.

MésioFits reserves the right to update affiliate terms, modify commissions, adjust payment systems, introduce regional restrictions, suspend or discontinue parts of the affiliate program, or implement compliance measures required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These Affiliate Program Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under local laws in certain jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the affiliate program shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and amicable resolution.

Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, MésioFits reserves the right to determine the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism, including mediation, arbitration, or litigation before competent courts in Nigeria, subject to applicable conflict-of-law principles and mandatory legal protections in relevant jurisdictions.
