Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Lagos & Abuja

  • 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delta / Warri & other states

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and logistics provider

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your delivery location and are calculated at checkout from your address.

  • Lagos — ₦4,000
    Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Abuja (FCT) — ₦4,500
    Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Delta / Warri — ₦5,000
    Usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Other Nigerian states — ₦6,000
    Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch

International delivery is coming soon. Contact us for a quote in the meantime.

Large orders (20+ items) may include an additional handling fee of ₦500.

Delivery partners

MésioFits may use in-house dispatch riders, third-party logistics companies, or transport services to fulfill deliveries. While we work with reliable delivery partners, certain delays may occur outside our direct control.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring phone numbers are reachable
  • Being available to receive deliveries
  • Inspecting orders upon receipt

Failure to provide accurate information may lead to:

  • Delays
  • Failed deliveries
  • Additional charges
  • Order cancellation
Section 7

Failed delivery attempts

If a delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will try to contact you and we will arrange one re-delivery. A delivery may be considered failed where:

  • The recipient is unreachable
  • The address is incorrect
  • Delivery is repeatedly declined
  • There is no authorized receiver available

Additional delivery charges may apply for further re-delivery attempts. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts are returned to us and refunded minus delivery costs.

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also follow your order on our Track Order page. Updates are sent through:

Delivery delays

MésioFits shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

Product condition upon delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery. If any issue is noticed, such as:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items, sizes or colours
  • Faulty items

customers should notify us within 48 hours in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Your packaging

Your order arrives in MésioFits packaging with tissue, a thank-you card and hang tags. To keep your exchange options open:

  • Keep items in their original packaging with tags attached until you are happy with the fit
  • Try pieces on over light clothing and away from make-up or perfume
  • Store unused items somewhere clean and dry

Delivery to third parties

Where orders are delivered to:

  • Security personnel
  • Receptionists
  • Neighbors
  • Family members
  • Agents
  • Any person at the provided address

such delivery shall be deemed completed successfully.

Section 13

Bulk & special deliveries

Large-volume orders, wholesale deliveries, or special requests may:

  • Require additional processing time
  • Attract special delivery charges
  • Need a confirmed delivery date for events

Customers may be contacted directly for coordination.

International deliveries

International delivery availability may vary and is subject to:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges imposed by destination countries.
